well it seems like you are going to make your process slow... I thought you were required to snd every supporting documnet along with your initial application. I'm sure they will send u an REF, and untill they get all the required doc... they migh keep u're file on hold for a while.

What supporting documents are you talking about ? I provided them with marriage certificate, birth certificates of me and my wife um. passport photo of me and my wife letter from work stating that I do have a job. I130 form and 2 G325a forms. What am I missing ?

Did you include ALL of the REQUIRED Documents of the I-130?

Do I Have To Wait For I130 To Be Approved Before I Can Schedule An Appointment For Her At The Embassy In Macedonia?

What forms should my wife be expecting Of-169 form and Of-230 form? I am gonna schedule an interview for her from over here at the consulate in Macedonia. Im preparing all the doucuments she is going to need along with proof and mailing it to her this week had anyone gone through this process thanks in advance

she can't just make an appointment for an immigrant visa interview. She needs to wait for an invitation from the consulate, and before that there is a lot of paperwork to be done.

Forms that may be either sent back (or requested to be gathered and kept for the interview) to the NVC or the consulate abroad (depending upon which consulate you are going through) before an interview date with a consulate abroad can be scheduled are as follows:
. Completed and signed OF-169.
2. Completed and signed Of-230 Part 1 and 2 forms.
3. I-864 Affidavit of Support Form along with past 3 year U.S tax returns (or transcripts) and any other financial documents required.
4. A copy of intending immigrants biographic page of passport(s) including expiration date.
5. Original or certified "long" birth certificate. *
6. Original adoption decree. (if applicable)
7. Marriage certificate. (if applicable)
8. Divorce decree(s) or death certificate(s) (if applicable)
9. Police certificate(s) **
10. Court and prison records.(if applicable)
11. Custody records. (if applicable)
12. Military records (if applicable)

ONCE I GIVE HER THESE FORMS THEN AN APPOINTMENT COULD BE MADE

MAKES SENSE RIGHT ?

Marraige No Citizenship

My Citizenship process is taking too much time... I had applied on Oct 2nd 2006 and waiting for interview... In the meantime I had gone backhome and got married... Can I still go ahead and apply for her GC or should I wait and what should be the best way... fiancee visa or green card? Thanks for the response.

you can't apply for her fiance visa if you are not a citizen. You can file I-130 for her if you are an LPR.

Sorry dude, but you got to follow the process. CP is typically taking 9-12 months to complete, and you can only proceed to the next step in the process at the speed dictated by NVC and (eventually) the US consulate in Macedonia.

Here is the approximate process:
First you send fee & completed I-130 to a service center.
When that is approved, your case gets forwarded to NVC.
They send you a fee-bill for Affidavit of Support.
You send fee.
They send instructions to complete I-864
You send completed I-864
In parallel, your wife receives a form to nominate an agent
Your wife nominates an agent (i.e. you)
Next NVC sends the agent a fee-bill for DS-230 immigrant visa
Agent send fee (cashiers check)
NVC sends instructions for downloading and completing DS-230 part i and ii
Agent completes DS-230 and sends to NVC
NVC reviews all paperwork and forwards to Macedonian consulate
Macedonian consulate sends out interview notice and instructions for obtaining medical
Your wife gets the medical, takes all supporting docs to the interview and (hopefully) gets given an immigrant visa

9-12 months wow we'll see what happens im gonna call the macedonian consulate tonight and see whats happens thanks for the help i appreciate it ill try what my lawyer told me and see what happens
