Getting H4 visa

Hi,

I got married in October 2008 in INDIA. My marriage has been registered. I was on F1 visa at that time. I applied for H1 visa in April 2009 and got approved.

My wife got approved her F1 visa in February 2009. But, by mistake her status has been filed as 'Single'. Due to personal reasons she couldn't make it to come to US on F1. Now I want to bring her as my dependent on H4 visa.

I would like to know the answers of below questions keeping in view of me staying in US having H1 approved and stamping not done. If response to any of the questions below requires me to go to INDIA, please do let me know.

Will there be any problem when she goes for H4 visa stamping with respect to status (Single) that was recorded during her F1 approval?
If there would be any problem caused by the above said reason, is there any solution which can be applied so that, her H4 stamping would go on smoothly?

After registered marriage if she declared as single inorder to get F1 visa, she will face problem.

Giving false information and not giving a factual information to US Embassy at the time of visa application is considered as a fraud and translate in to denial of any visa for life time.

Did she write as Single in the F1 visa application form after marriage?
If Your answer is YES, you will face problem.
