getting another k1 visa after divorce wife on k1 visa

in 2006 i got k1 visa and married a lady from Philippines. just short from being married 3 years i com home from work early to find a man in his underwear . my wife had a affair. we divorce. i did call uscis and turn in as possible fraud. as i found she had more than one affair. i was just a passport i guess. now i have a new fiance from Philippines.
i filed for k1 visa a few days ago. now i wonder if there will be a issue on this visa as i have had one.
