Congrats to HeroHonda, frantic and any one else from 01 whom I may have missed. Deng Deng, edison, RealCanadian, cinta and all others who are left out need to follow soon.
Hope 02's will finish up once this senior guys :) are done.
 
Add 195269 and dmt4 to the approved list. It's nice to see 4 veterans getting their approval today. It appears that all the 2001 people will be approved within the next 2 weeks. So good luck to dengdeng, edison_nj, vidongre etc.

As my employer is being bought out and 85% of us will be losing our jobs USCIS inefficiency is my friend now. :)

Hate to be in this queue but can't help it.

I got encouraged and just checked the site as I don't do it more often as I used to do last year and got the same message, On Blah, Blah, Blah......, guess torture will continue, I mean NOTHING, not even RFE for me as that would have given me hope 4-5 months backs with no RFE so far I am fearing if they issue one, which I am 99% sure (as it is already 28 months now) they will, will take another 2-6 months or more.

You will be approved before Feb'15. It's my gut feeling. Just torture BCIS by sending them fax after fax anc calling the customer service and demanding to talk to level2 because the delay is unreasonable.

What i am saying about 2001 RD people is not just to keep up thier spirit (i hate bluffing), it is my observance that BCIS is giving special importance to clearing the 2001 cases. Atleast that process seem to have started after the holiday season. Don't know if the lawsuit made them look into our petition where we have specially suggested that a separate team should work exclusively on backlog cases.

Yes, BCIS seems to be doing a good job of working on backlogs.

Hope all the 2001's are gone quick enough and then us 2002's.
But guys even after you get your GC's remember to visit this forum for some more time to give your valuable tips..

BCIS sucks, simple.

More than 3 months, they received the RFE response. Still nothing and you guys are saying BCIS is clearing the 2001 backlog, i didn't see it coming. Where is it?????????
