Hi,

How long were you 2 together before you marry?

where you on a H1B visa or student visa before the marrage?

I knew her for 2 yrs before we got maried. Well I have been here since I was 11yrs old. I am Candian, so no visa needed. I did however reenter at 18 with student visa, overstay by 8 yrs. I had no problems! I am now 28yrs old, and 1 yr 4mths away from I-400.

If you got married caz you love each other, then there will be no problems
