GC for Brother Please Help!

I sent an immigrant petition in about 5 years ago for my brother. I just got a reply in the mail saying that it was approved and that they have sent it to the NVC for review. I am wondering if anyone is in the same situation as me. My Brother lives in Europe and if that reply even means anything. How long do they take to review? Thank you for any responses!

Good to hear it was approved. You are going to wait until the PD is Current.

My guess is another seven years or so.
