my gc got approved while I was out of country and my ap also expired yesterday so my concern is how do i enter the country,please advice

You should change your screen ID to 'careless-to-the-core'! You let your AP
expire while you were out of the country? I cannot believe this guy!
Even if you let someone mail the GC to you (which is dangerous IMHO) you
will still face some issues at the POE!
Go to the local US consulate and tell them about your situation! They "may"
issue a transportation letter to return to the US!

They will have to check you have had an unexpired AP until you were granted LPR status. I would say on the date you were granted GC your AP should have been still valid.
Then they will allow deferred inspection.
In case you have plastic card with you upon entering US deferred inspection is not needed. I would say on the date you were granted GC your AP should have been still valid - this requirement still exists.

Imagine if your AP expired without your GC being approved! Then you would have been royally screwed. The tragedy here is not your GC approval, it is your AP expiration.
You can either wait for the card to arrive and have somebody send it to you by courier, or go to the US Consulate and apply for a Transportation Letter.
