GC approved, Question to Ginnu or Jackolatern

I got my GC approved EB3 ,Row ,Pd sept 2004. Thank you to Ginnu and Jackolatern ,you guys so helpfull. I have question to you guys, Can I visit my country now or i need to wait for certain time after the approval.
I am planning to stay about 3 months there , Can I have a hard time at the airport immigration when I am coming back here?

If you have the Green Card in hand then you can visit your country and 3 month stay out of US with GC in hand is no problem.
