GC approved, how long is wait for physical card ?

Hello,

My USCIS case status says that

"On April 14, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

Approximately how long is the wait for the actual physical card ?

Mine came in one week.
My case wasin VSC.
I-485 Approval Date 03/31/2006
Email Received on 04/01/06
Cards ordered email received on 04/04/06
Cards received on 04/07/2006

There is an e-mail that will specifically tell you that your new card order has been completed and the card has been mailed to you.
This is also the mail that informs you of the lenght of time to wait to recieve the card before calling USCIS if you did not recieve one.

Hi,

I got the card with in 4 days after updating the status in Internet. Fist I got the notice and next day I got the card in Mail.
