I'm sorry if this post is rather incoherent, it is late and my eyes are barely open. I recently proposed to my partner and I am looking at options for him to move from Holland to the United States. I am a natural-born U.S. citizen with a clean record and no worries abut the financial cost of any of the processes.

What is the best route to take?

USCIS only recognize marriage between a male and a female, so far there is no provision in the immigration law for Gay couples.

If your partner has the qualifications and a job offer, employment based immigration could be an option.
