Gap between EAD cards?

My ead car expired at the end of March and I applied for renewal in January. Unfortunately the renewal did not get approved until June. does that mean that I cannot get any payments for the work I have done from March to June?

That's a lot of money to me!!! and it's not my fault that the processing time is soooo long!!

Anyone can confirm? thanks!!!

First off, that was unauthorized employment, and witholding pay would not make it magically legal. There is no legal basis to withold payment.

Second, 245k should cover you, since the gap was less than 180days.
 
as i know, if the ead card renew already processing more than 90 days, just make an infopass on line and bring ur old card and the I-765 receipt to ur local office, they will give u a new card then, good luck!
