Do you file G-325A with your initial I-485 or do you wait for USCIS to ask for it later on? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it is better if you send it with initial application. so you dont have to deal with it later. actually you can do it however you feel comfortable :)

It is no your choice. You have to send it with the initial I-485.

Thanks CI asylee
I-693 Medical with Vaccination Supplement. Only a civil surgeon designated by CIS to conduct medical examinations may complete the Form I-693 and the vaccination supplement submitted with it. Call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 to locate civil surgeons (doctors) where you live. (NOTE: The I-693 should not be filed with the initial asylum-based I-485 adjustment application. This information will be requested at the time of adjudication.)

Sorry Cl_Asylee, I hate to disagree with you, but CIS has changed the process a little bit. They don't require you to submit G325A with your initial application anymore. They actually don't list it on their list of things to submit. Check this link http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/services/RefAdjust/index.HTM and look under "Asylees Filing for Permanent Resident Status"

Surfer, go ahead and submit the G-325 form. MG is right, it is not listed in the link she sent, but it is still required in the I-485 form. Good luck. Cl_Asylee.

Surfer, Yes you can send it with your I-485, but there is a chance they will ask you to resubmit it, so keep a copy. That way you don't have to redo it again (unless your bio info changes in the mean time of course )

You don't have to submit the medical exam form with your initial I-485 right!!! Only later on when they request it right!

If I were you, I'd send it with my initial application. (see my other post for you on the other thread)

Do ou know anybody who has recently approved.

Hello.

Do you know anybody's case which is processing in Nebrasca Service Center is approved.

I am thinking to write a letter to Director of NSC.Because there are some different information at uscis.gov about the timeframe for I-485.

According to one table they are processing case from 2001,on the other table timeframe is different. Also I know some of the people were approved from 2004 and later date.

What do you think?

I was wondering if anyone can help with a few of questions. It would be greatly appreciated.

1) Can anyone confirm that the address for filing I-485 for Asylees is
PO Box 87485
Lincoln, NE 68501-7485

I know it seems a simple ridiculous question, but can't find a straight answer anywhere

2) Can I stick the medical exam enevelope (I-693) in the I-485 application package or it needs to be mailed separately?

2) From reading form I-693 (medical exam) it says that we need to submit two I-693 (the original and the copy)!!! I thought it was only one.

4) Is the total filing fee for I-485 $395 ($325+$70)?

Again
Thanks in advance
