If I am applying for me and my family. DO I need to send in G-28 form for myself ? Does My family need to sign G-28, that I am representing them ?

and retain representative of in the top fields.
Explain your association with your dependents (spouse, Parent of minor child ) in clause 4 in the bottom. You don\'t need G28 for you.
