I'm planning to use AC-21 soon to switch jobs. I'm currently represented by my employer's attorney.

questions:

1) Once I switch to new employer what should I do in respect to my G-28 filed for pending 485?

2) If I plan to represent my case myself, should I send a new G-28 stating my name?

3) I intend NOT to send AC-21 letter until I get RFE. Will sending a new G-28 letter can cause an I-485 RFE for employment verification?

It might, it might not. If the I-485 is still sitting on the shelf, it's doubtful.

also please let me know if I need to send some letter to revoke my G-28 sent earlier if I dont want to continue with same attorney?
