Future I-94 submission at departure

Hello,

I am on H1 B visa. I am going out of country (US) on 10/11. I am aware that we have to submit I-94 at the time of departure. With me I have new notice of petition(I129) of visa extension (besides existing). This is valid from 01/28/2007 to further date. I have earlier I-94 as well. My question is do i need to submit this "future" dated (from 01/28/2007) I-94 as well at the time of departure now? I believe we are supposed to hand over all I-94s. Does it include this future one as well?

-------------You need to surrender ALL the I-94 before you go out, staple all I-94 recent at top and give it to airline counter
keep Copy of ALL I-94 (front and back) with you in your immigration file for future records
** when you come back at POE show your valid H1 stamp AND H1 extension approval you will get new I-94 till H1 extension approval notice
