Future Employment - Bankcruptcy

Mine is a future employment green card. I-140 is approved in 2005 and went for local interview last year and the IO said everything looks good and will get the GC once the Priority date becomes current. I 485 filed in 2004 now on 5th EAD.
Priority Date is Aug 2003 EB3.

However, now the company that has sponsored my green card appears to be in financial trouble.

Will there be any impact to my GC if the company folds or goes bankrupt ?

Any info insight / suggestions will be great.

Thanks, Hoochie

Thanks - But can I file AC-21

Thanks much for the suggestion.

Since mine is future employment and havent yet worked for the GC sponsoring company. Can I file AC-21 just wondering.

Thanks

Company A filed your GC.
Company A is going bankrupt.
You are not working with A.
You are working with B.
Your I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending more than 180 days and that makes you eligible for AC21.
It seems you are working with B. get the permanent job offer letter from B with same/similar job duties and invoke AC21. If yourI-485 file is with local office then send AC21 to local office(keep copy of the document that you send to USCIS). You can take the help of B lawyer.

Guys,

You are awesome. I could not have gotten better clarity even from my (desi) lawyer.

Really Appreciate.

Thanks, Hoochie
