Hi My GC approved recently and also got cards physically.
Mine is future employment based. So is it mandatory moving to their pay roll ?When i spoke to them they said its ok no need to come to our payroll like that. They are not showing any interest on me. Is there any way INS track my record and invoke my GC?Please advice me.

In a future employment based GC, if you do not work for your GC sponsor after getting GC, how will you prove that you had the intent to work for them (if questioned by USCIS at the time of your citizenship interview)?

If they wont sustain the offer, get a letter from them saying so. Maybe the bussiness is bad, so it is not your fault. But you might have to prove your intent when you apply for citizenship. Just get a letter saying they are not able to offer you employment due to the recession or whatever the situation ins.
