Friend got intent deny I485 letter - need inputs

One of my friends got intent deny letter:
He changed employment couple of times but never invoked AC21. Also never got an RFE. His change of emplyments are proper and new employers are in fortune 500.
He changed employment way after 180 days after filing I485.
Recently he realized that his original GC filing employer revoked I140.
Now he got intent deny I485 with 30 days notice show evidense.

Please advice how he can survive this critical situation. His application become current as of this month.

----- fortune 500 or fortune 10000 does not matter. His I-485 file does not have job offer from New employer with same/similar job duties to make him eligible for AC21. USCIS may be asking for that job offer letter and you did not post what reason the USCIS has given for Intent to deny the I-485.

Assuming the I-140 was approved before the employer revoked it, and the employer revoked it after the I-485 was pending for 180 days, and his new job meets the "same or similar" criteria, all he needs to do is respond to the NOID with an official job letter from his employer. The job letter should include his salary and job description.

We know that "friend" is yourself.

Jackolantern, friend is not my self. My case EB3-I PD 2004 and I am counting another 10 years or so to be current.

Here are datelines on my friend's case:
EB3-I PD 02/2002
I140/I485 filing date 07/2003
I140 approved date : 12/2005
Date when he left the company : 04/2006
I140 revoked on 10/2010

So he left the company almost 3 years after he filed I485 and 3 months after he got I140 approved.

Yes I140 approved and 485 pending for more than 2 years before he left his employer.

Q2)When was I-140 Approved? when was I-485 filed? When did he left? if his I-485 was filed and his I-140 was NOT approved and Employer Revoked I-140 before his Pending I-485 hit 180 days then problem for him

Send the new Permanent job offer letter with same/similar job duties from new Employer or take help of Lawyer to invoke AC21.

My friend submitted employment letter with same or similar details with in 30 day notice period and now few days ago he got approval and cards also.
 
Received NOID, 1 year later sitll waiting???

I received my NOID, responded in June 2010 and i am still wainting 1 year later??? I have an approved I360 and just received a working permit valid for 1 year. What do i do HELP please someone??? I am really home sick :( Aussie Girl!

What is your I-360 based on? If it's based on being a battered spouse or child, ask in the Family Based Green Cards section http://forums.immigration.com/forumdisplay.php?39, and provide more background about your case including when your I-360 was filed, if and when it was approved, and if and when your I-485 was filed.
