Fresh H1 after 6 years

After staying in U.S. for 7 years on H1 (6 + 1 extension year) can I go back to India and come back after a year with a fresh H1 ?

I have filed for my Green Card but only the Labour Certification from a previously employer(due to which I got a 7th year extension). Will this be a problem for me when I plan to come back for a fresh 6 yr H1B Visa?
 
No issue.
First of all, LC is not considered immigration petition(this means you do NOT need to answer yes to immigration question in DS-156), and, secondly H1 is allowed dual intent.
 
I saw the similar question worrying about getting fresh H1 after extended stay with old H1. I wonder there is some kind of rumor around ?
