Does anybody know how can I report blatant H1B fraud to USCIS.

What kind of fraud employer has done? Is it a violation of H1 law/regulation or related to wages? One can also file complaint with DOL or with USCIS and also can inform US consulates and US embassy where employee working with particular employer are going to get Visa stamps and if they submitted wrong documents for H1. All depends on details what employer has done. Post the details.
From the evidence I have it is compensation related. I think the salary is about 1/third of general wages. I think there is a site which provides this guidance. If any body can point me to the right link I would appreciate it.
Also in one situation employer did not made any attempt to advertise the position to general US population before pushing for H1. This I think is also an issue.

I think I need to provide my background for this discussion purpose. I am a naturalized citizen based on marriage so do not have in depth knowledge of employer based process. During my recent discussion, with some of my professional friends from INDIA, which steered towards indentured servitude based on H1 visa I was made aware of the issues that I had brought up earlier. At first I dismissed it as a little whining about salary (everybody does it...) but after looking at the pay stub of one of the friends in the discussion I was taken aback.
I am pursuing this and not my friend because inspite of lower wage she is afraid about the repercussion (goes to indentured servitude).
Now I may not me able to do anything (which is most likely) in this scenario but I would still like to know the procedure , associated steps and the goverment agency to contact.
Now bearing that I am not an expert in employer based visa here are my facts:
Well regarding salary I can get pay stub and the general salary listing for the same job (as was used in initial advertisement) from various web sites. But for official purpose I would need to go to some USCIS site. This LCA salary needs to be investigated by me as it seems the right starting point.
The advertisement is a difficult one to have evidence. I am not sure I can get a conclusive evidence. I can ask my friend for this, hope fully she has some documentation...

call uscis main no and they will be able to tell u the number even if u goodgle it u can get it...USCIS is very active in ticking and catching croooks but lazy in immgration processes....when I wa living in California Anaheim, almost I used to see ICE vans full of people sent home ...
