Folks as we moved to fraud issue on some threads,it's very important that we open a special thread on that issue.Strong opinions on this may help everyone get out of trouble from now to naturaliztion lives and beyond...Wantmygcnow may do some credible research and place the tread as sticky. It's not a discussion. We're going to collect credible opinions from everyone.Below are two differents reletated questions

1-What does uscis may considere as strong material proof of fraud for someone who was granted asylum?
2-How easy will it be for uscis to revoke asylum status,Green card or citizenchip to anyone accused of fraud on initial asylum application?

Revoking asylum or green card is a very straight forward process from the vantage point of the USCIS.

Revoking citizenship is a different story.

I know one case when the guy from Viet Nam got his asylum revoked after he hit somebody with his car being absolutely wasted. He was deported. You would be surprised how many guys in detention centers for "non-citizens" have Green Cards in their hands and they get deported from the country constantly. PR status in such circumstances doesn't mean a s..t.

*can be anything..even short visit to your home country..
*revoking citizenship is exteremly rare which demonstrates how serious the cause can be...remember whitin 2 years of becaming naturalised the gouverment can revoke your citizenship adminstatively.
but here the truth cadel:
people usually experience immigration fraude charges for unrelated crime..that mean if you plead guilty for one serious crime(terrorism...taxivation...) the federal gouverment can go back in your asylum case or citizenship application and they said:It's immigration fraude here... because this individual has been making false statement under oath when he applied for citizenship or asylum .
but let me said this :
*relax :Ordinary man or family man trying to make honnest living is far way from those bad scenarios even when he manage to go back to his naitive country after green card approval.
* be careful :the little mexican guy told the other day how his temporary green card been revoked ..he give samebody ride in his personnel car ..and like I said bad things happen.. anyway he got stoped by the police ..next thing happen the passenger throw bags of drugs from his pockett into the little mexican car : my little mexican swear that the detective cut his temporary green card in front of his eyes and call the former I.N.S. on him..now he have deportation order
