FP Re-scheduling question
I have a question on FP rescheduling. Would appreciate any help/input. I still haven't recvd my FP notice.

We are planning on going home for a visit from Oct-Dec 02. My question is what if I receive our FP notices during that time and I miss the FP appointment and also the deadline for the re-schedule request? What options do I have? Would our case be considered abondoned?

I have seen some postings where they mention a 84 or 87 or even 90 days from the date of the original FP notice to go to the ASC and get the FP done? Can someone throw some light on this issue if you have more details? People who have recvd their FP notices, does it mention anything about this on the FP notice? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I also missed the fingerprint deadline and do not know what to do..I am seeing a lawyer today about this..

I had reschduled my FP once. They gave me 84 days extension ...i dont think its a problem reschduleing........but u need to cahck with a lawyer as u missed the date...

No more rescheduling of FP is allowed as per VSC's letter.

They will give you 3months time to get your FP or
else 485 is void.

Will need to file 485 again.

VSC letter gives the opion for Fingerprinting rescheduling, please do not post wrong info, the VSC FP notice clearly states that if you wish you can reschedule the FP notice by sending to INS address that is mentioned on FP Notice and they will reschedule . one can send the request directly or through lawyer becase lawyer also recieves the copy of your FP notice.
