FP on 11/04 at Hartford

I got a response from VSC (I faxed them yesterday asking about my FP issue...), they replied that I should call CIS and tell them about it... :(

So, is there anyone from 11/04/04 FP at the Hartforrd's ASC who got their cases updated or any kinda movement or we all doooommmeed because of that date ? I heard from an officer that 11/04 was last big day at Hartford when they processed around 250 people in a day, after that they said it's gonna be slower.... so there we are... they do not even bother to update the cases, it's so frustrating... :(
 
Any "victim" of 11/04/04 FPs at Hartford's ASC got any movement on their cases, any LUDs ?

My case still says "I-485 Received.... on march 5th... blah... blah..."

When I called VSC to initiate a status check on my case, I asked the representative that why online message has not changed even when FBI sent the finger printing results on the same day.

According to her FP2/results will not lead to online message change.
 
well, I know that everything is possible at VSC but it's so frustrating to see others at least get LUD changed in like 1-4 weeks, but others like myself have to wait even for that LUD to appear (and who knows if FPs were received and processing can be resumed or God knows what can happen ?)

And it appears to be very strange that a whole bunch of people who did FP on 11/04 did not receive a message change to "FP results received...."

Same here, still there is no update. dunno when it will be updated.
Browsing thru' this forum daily expecting atleast one who did their FP on 11/04 at hartford would say their status is updated. Lets hope for the best.

we are close to 45 days and VSC takes to take care of things within 90 (according to their stats).... so, let's hope for the best...
 
my FP2 was 10/28/04, LUD was 11/14/04; just received my concurrently filed (Oct 2002) 1-140 approved so hopefully my 485 will come soon....i am sick and tired of waiting :rolleyes:

Me and My wife given our finger prints on 11/01/04,
on 11/04/04 LUD has changed "The results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application were received, and processing has resumed on your case"

After that no change in LUD !!! I didn't called FBI.
 
Approved 12/13/04 after FP2 at Hartford on 11/04/04

LUD on 5/05/03 received FP case resumed. THe message had never changed since, until 12/13/04 when it says case approved.

I Wish you all would get approved soon. Thanks to Rajiv and Staff of this site for letting us all come together to share our experiences with USCIS.

my wife's case got LUD on 12/28/04.... no status message change though...
 
LUD changes

Hi Guys,

I also did my FP in Hartford on 11/04/04. I saw the message for my wife changed on 11/16 to FP results recieved and case resumed...but nothing changed for my case. ( Iam the primary applicant ). And then again on 12/21 I just saw that the LUD changed but no message change for both of us...may be its stuck with my FP. I called USCIS and they said to me shockingly that my FP are to be still cleared by FBI. She said they are doing some security check and all ..I dont know what it is..So what can we do other than just wait and see???

Same here.. my wife did FP on 11/04 at hartford. Here LUD got updated on 12/24/04, but no change in the message...

Progress so far... ND 03/08/04 for the range of 52000-54000

Approved: 15 15.96%
Received: 23 24.47%
Resumed: 34 36.17%
Transferred: 11 11.70%
RFE: 5 5.32%
Misc: 6 6.38%
Total: 94

3 of those in "Received" status are mine... but the trend is clear... they are approving ~6% a month so far... 1% gets transferred and 0.5% gets an RFE, 10% a month gets their FPs cleared and cases resumed.

And the question remains, anyone else with FPs done on 11/04 (HArtford) got any movements on their cases ?
