FP Notice Tracker

2nd FP - Could not finish it today.

Today I went to for my 2nd FP and because of a very tiny bump on my little finger, the lady there asked me to come again. It was causing a blank spot in the finger print.

She said if she sends it my case may get rejected and if my finger looks OK then I may even come after 4 days.

Anyobody had similar experience.
 
Received 2nd FP notice and was scheduled for Jul 8th 2004. Once of friend also had the same date. He and his wife got their Early FP done on 3th June 2004 at 122 Charcot Ave, San Jose. We also got it done on 4th June 2004.

On June 12, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.”
 
Got FP Notification

Got FP notification to my old address to Oakland. Now we moved near to SJ, am willing to go 3-4 weeks ahead. What is the address to San Jose FP location?

pLEASE EXPLAIN. dOES THE ONLINE STATUS CHANGE IF THE FP NOTICE IS GENERATED. My collegue and myself work for the same company and the same law firm applied for both of us. He got the first fp and i am waiting.
My ap and ead are approved. My rd is May-17-04.

I had changed my address on 1st May, 2004. Filed an AR-11. My wife received the FP notice at the new home. I received my FP notice on 06/06/2004 in a second envelope from BCIS asking me to file for AR-11 again.

My online status has never changed when FPs are generated, only when the results were received by USCIS.

FP Notice- I-485 status updated

Mine is a concurrent EB2 I-140/485/EAD/AP app (labor substitution) submitted to CSC with RD of May13th/2004 and ND of May14th/2004.

I did get my FP notice (in fact two notices - 4 in all including my wife's) on June 16th and again on June 20th. One had a FPS* number as the application number and the second one had the 485 WAC number as the receipt number. Both asked me to go for FP on two different dates. When asked my Lawyer said it may be a mistake. Anyway I and spouse submitted our prints on 23rd of June at the San Jose office.

The online status of our 485 apps was updated on 23rd saying that the Fingerprint notices were mailed to us on June22nd. Go figure!!

Bottomline..the 485 status should be updated when FP's are sent out..however they may take some time.

I still have not received my EAD/AP. When I call the toll free number for status the system says it cannot find the status for my EAD app due to a system glitch.
