FP Notice Recieved

Received FP....

Hi All,

I received FP notice for me and for my wife. Sheduled on Apr 12th...

EB2-RIR
I-140 RD 09/13/2004 AD : 02/28/2005
I-485 RD 09/13/2004 AD : SOOOOOOOOOON
 
Today, I received FP notice scheduled on May 03, 2005..hasn't received my wife's FP notice yet..

NO LUD change yet.......


Eb3 Sept. 2002 INDIA
I140/1485 Oct. 8 2004
I140 AD Feb 18 2005
I485 AD???????????
FP ND March 15, 2005

Hi gcbygod and gc_raja,

Could you please tell me when did you get your wife's fp notices as I have not received my wife's fp notice today as well... Mine received yesterday with schedule date of May 3 , 2005.

Could any one please tell me is that usual ?

Sometimes it happens. I wouldn't be worrying for this. your wife's will be following next day. Keep looking for the mail from USCIS.

That's all we can do!.

I received my wife's FP notice the next day and I think it is normal for some to receive the notices with few days apart...

I received my wife's FP today with 2 days apart than my scheduled date...

mhsoor - your 140/485 dates are similar to mine

filed both in 08. rd - 08/09
140 approved 01/24 but the website does not update it.
The lawyer said the approval notice was received.

Have you received the FP notice yet?

I have seen people from other states around GA, getting FP notices, thoise who filed their cases around the same time as we did, or even later than us.

My PD is 08/2001. I485 RD is 07/2004. Do you know which PD are they sending out FP for now?Thanks.
They are working backwards, I think.

Looks like TSC is right now working on EB3 so lot of EB3 people are getting FP calls.

And also your case looks like, as soon as you get your FP you will get everything approved.
So we may think that only when your I-485 is ready for aproval they will send FP Notice.
