My Company is Atlanta Based, but work in Des Moines Iowa, so I will be giving it in Des Moines.

Congratulations! COuld you please tell me whether do you have choice to go fo FP other than your schedule date. I have seen couple of my friends who had choice to go for fp on any wednesday (within 1 month ) following their actual fp date . Do you have that kind of choice...

The reason I am asking you is that becasue I am planning to go on vacation to India in May and my PD is september 2002..I/140 approved..

FP notice received...

I have received FP notice today scheduled for 03/24/05...My wife has not received it yet. Can she get her FP done at the same time as mine?? Do we need to take the I140 approval notice? I did not receive it from my lawyer yet. Please advice your FP experiences in Dallas-South service center.

I and my wife got FP Notices on the same day. Your wife should have got it along with you. Please look for the mail from USCIS.

My FP Notice says I can go for FP on every following Wednesday from 03/28 to 06/03. So you can go on any wednesday within another 60 days.

So that should not be a problem.

But doing earlier is always better. 1 Day delay might sometime cost a lot.

Thanks for the reply..I am waiting for my FP as well but don't know when I will get as my PD is Sept. 2002 (EB3 India) .

FP in Atlanta (Buford Highway)

My scheduled date for FP is April 21. Since it is kinda long time to wait, I just went there last Saturday (March 12) but was rejected stating that they might only accept walk-ins on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays between 01:00 and 03:00 pm.
So, I tried it yesterday again (March 16) and was accepted without any problems. Their business was slow yesterday and that's why I was accepted. Everything took less than 1/2-hour.

Got FP notice for my wife...

My wife received her FP notice a day later but we are scheduled on the same date with an hour difference.
