PD: 10/97
RD: 05/1/01
ND: 05/17/01
FP NOtice received 10/05/01.
FP Scheduled 11/08/01

Seems PD determine the FP now

I saw a coupke of guys in this group with PD of 06/99 and RD of 05/01 got the
FP notice for this November. However, guys with RD of Feb. and March, 01
still did not get any. Does that mean NSC really issue the FP notice according
to the PD?

Anyone has called IIO or has similar observation?

Me too observe the same. My RD is 05/18/2001. I see a few postings that have RD after 05/18/2001 also got FP Notice. I am still waiting...One of my friends whose RD is 05/11/2001 got his FP done in July 2001 itself.

INS stopped FP notices?

Heven\'t heard of getting FP notices for quite a while. Has INS stopped sending FP notices?

One of my friends got her FP notice last week. Her infor. is ND 5/22/01 (Detroit).
The FP is scheduled on 11/29/01. Does anyone have the similar experience?

RD 03/01 and no FP.

I have not got my FP notice yet...
While I see people with RD 05/01 getting FP.
Makes me uneasy...

RD 03/01 & No FP

Hi,

I am in the same boat. RD/ND 03/01 EB2/RIR/India Area: Portland, OR

& no FP so far.

Called 2 weeks back to IIO & asked her about FP. She said that they are processing November 00 cases & When they will start processing 03/01 cases, they will see your file & when they realise that FPs are needed, then they will issue the FP notice.

I do not belive her. I think it is same IIO BS. So just waiting again.
