FP Notice Infor.

   My RD is also 05/18/2001. I have not got my FP notice. Could you post when you received your FP notice and which area you are from?
I am in Columbus, OH
 
Anxious about FP notice

Guys:

If you check the immitracker.com, you can see so many people with
ND of MAY received FP notice. I heard that computer is responsible
for sending out the notice, how could it skip people filed in March,
April? Any information for this concern? It is quite depressing not
knowing when it is going to come.

Did anyone talk to their lawyer?

Hi, 485 Detoit:

I called my lawyer moments ago. They told me they know nothing about
how long it is gonna take for FP. They suggested me to call INS to see
what is going on. should lawyers know anything related to FP? I doubted it. Your opinion?

I am talking to my lawyer..

I called them up. They asked for a copy of my 485 receipt.
The lady there said she will try and talk to INS about
my status.
I hope she does. I will report back, if there is any
response.

Seems that you got a good lawyer. Most of them are reluctant to do
anything after the full payment. Please inform us what happen when
your lawyer inquired infor. from INS.

what is MPLS

I think most of us from detroit area, the slowest processing area and
maybe most application came from. I heard INS dislike the applications from Detroit, I am not sure the reason.

FP appointment on 12/7/01

I received EAD/AP/FP. But my wife does not receive her AP and FP notice. Is it normal? Please give me some idea. Thanks.

My RD Jul/16/01 and ND AUG/23/2001. I am in Chicago, Still I didn\'t received FP notice.
 
Anybody from Columbus,OH

Is there anybody in Columbus, OH area, filed I-485 in mid of May and waiting for FP Notice. I see a lot of postings who filed in June, July and even August have got their FP Notices. Please post.

Waiting for FP notice. From the FP notices post in this board,
I guess people in Detroit with ND between 02/2001 to 05/2001
have no hope to receive FP notice before the Christmas. Right now
they are scheduling FP for 12/15/2001 with ND of 06/2001 and after.
