FP letter too late?

I have sent my N400 this Feb 11th. Got my NOA about a month later sometime in March. I still haven't got my FP notice yet. Is this very abnormal? I see people getting their FP notice right after the receipt of NOA. I received my green card March 2003. Am I receiving FP late just because I applied little earlier than my 5yr point?

I filed with TSC and currently live in Daytona Beach, FL (I am guessing Orlando will be my DO).

Thanks all.

You applied right on time. You wouldn't have got NOA in the first place if your N-400 was submitted more than 90 days prior to your GC date. You may want to make an infopass appointment to find out about your FP appointment and what exactly is going on. By now you should have got your FP date. I hope it didn't get lost in the mail. Please make it a priority to visit your local DO to check on your file.

I have the receipt number from the NOA. When I check, it only says that the case has been received and pending. Will it say that the letter for FP appointment has been sent or anything like that? I am suspecting the lost mail also.

By the way, how can I figure out my local DO? I can't figure out if it is Orlando or Jacksonville.

Thanks.

Try calling customer support and choose options 1-2-6 to get to an IO (you have to "tell" customer support its been more than 30 days and that you haven't received NOA for them to transfer you to IO).

As for what center you're serviced by , check the office locater by zip code on USCIS website:

Hey guys sorry to bring up the old thread back again.. I did call the USCIS and they are saying that no I did not lose the letter because the FP notice was never sent out. One of the ladies (I believe an immig officer) told me that the letter should be sent out soon. Now it has been 2-3 months after that phone call and I am still not receiving the mail. I have received the NOA dated Feburary 11th, 2008. I have waited almost 7 months now! Any suggestion for me?

I am thinking about InfoPass but even if I see the officer at Orlando DO? What difference would it make? From my understanding, I believe that TSC sends out the letter not the DO. I don't wanna make an hour drive to Orlando wasting all that money for few minutes of worthless talking.

Thanks in advance!
