A friend of mine and I have the same RD (Sept 03, 1999) and ND (Sept 23, 1999). He received the notice a week back, I am still waiting

Has anyone spoken to IIO about their FP status..I had called IIO last week and she said it may take six weeks(standard answer) for them to mail the FP\'s..doesnt make any sense as people with rd/nd later than ours are getting their FP notices..by the way my PD is 4 FEB 97(eb3 india)..do u think PD matters when they mail out FP\'s

I talked to an IIO today. She told me to expect my FP notice within 3 weeks.

JUST TALKED TO IIO THIS MORNING RE; FP NOTICE FROM VSC
I have just talked to an IIO whocontrary to popular belief was extremely helpful.
I was inquiring about my FP Notice,
PD AUG 10 97 ND SEP 28 99 EB3 India
She said that they are sending the FP notices for the ND of month of SEP regardless of the
PD being current. The only reason there is a delay is \'cause of the local INS office being backed up
That\'s why we\'re seeing some of the FP notices of later ND
So chill out guys & gals \'cause I feel things are getting better
P.S: For those folks who are posting the acknowledgement of FP notice, could you please mention
the complete date instead of just month and year. Thanks
