FP for 485 receipts in September/October 2001

Anybody has experience of re-scheduling your fingerprint?

Has my fingerprint re-scheduled 1 month ago because I\'m not available at that time(I was oversea). Just asked my attorney, she said the new appointment may be months away. Terrible! Does anybody re-scheduled your fingerprint before? Typically how long will it take? Or can I just walk in the local INS Application Support Center with the previous notice, and have it done?

Hi sdey, Did you get FP from CSC or from NSC

I live in Sanjose and Applied 485 from NSC on 9th Oct 01. Got EAD , AP and wating for FP. Someone said that I will get FP from CSC but not from NSC as I am living under CSC juridiction.
 
hi liberty - I got my FP from a local INS -

which is the ASC Associate( - i think ) Service centre
So I recd my FP from Oakland.
SO it is not CSC,but ur local ins ASC which sends the FP notice,wherever ur Service Centre may be
Hence I was tracking my FP notice with the CA guys,as I got an idea when the people in my area were getting with RD around mine,even though they were from CSC
does that help?? - u can track people with RD around urs in the CSC,San Jose FP waiters thread

If AVM says processing resumed -

does it mean it has been cleared by the FBI??

can we postpone

how much duration will we have to take our FP ?. I mean do u get a appointment for a particular day or days or months ?.
Can we postpone FP to a later date ?.and how long can we postpone ?. does postponing of FP has any adverse effect on u\'r processing ?.

     Scheduled on March 29 2002.

I will Go on march 29 , as scheduled.
I am in wisconsin.

FP in St Louis seems to be crawling at snail\'s pace. Anyone with recent approvals - your info will be highly appreciated.
