FP for 485 receipts in September/October 2001

Waiting for FP

Hey Dude!
I\'m waiting for FP. I\'m a resident of toledo . I was wondering have you recvd a notice for FP . Is it delayed for all ..My RD is 8/17 ND 9/17..Please let me know .
 
You will get the FP notice as well as your lawyer; for some unknown reason if you do not receive you

INS mailed my FP notice

RD: Aug 21Th
ND: Sep 26Th
Today I heard on AVM "INS mailed our FP notices".
I have not received them yet.
 
All you need to do is waiting.

I\'ve never seen anyone had an interview for the approval unless the I-485 application was through family relations. If there will not be any RFE (Request Further Evidence), then the next letter from INS will be the approval. Good luck!

Mysven, lets keep eachother posted on developments. Hope to get FP soon........I see lot of guys with same or later Nd\'s have already got their Fp done.

any clues, as to why its taking so long.
 
Wife Got FP. RD10/4 ND 11/6

FP notice issued on 1/18
FP scheduled on 2/27

Note that my wife has applied as a dependant two months after me, and I have already done my FP.
 
Recieved the notice in mail on 1/28 (yesterday)

I didn\'t check the AVM, as I have decided to not micro-monitor the process - hopefully that\'ll save me some heart troubles :).

Date of FP: 03/03/2002
Location :Fremont ,CA
AVM checked on the same day,and was updated to :
we mailed a FP..or something...not the usual "Your I-485 .."
