Forms needed to file for greencard based on spouse greencard

I was curious if someone can guide me what forms are needed to file for green card based on spouse GC. My spouse is on GC and I am on H1b.

Optional:
I-131
I-765

Since your spouse is only a GC holder, I think you can only file for I-130 and G-325A until a visa number becomes available.



PS: I am not an immigration expert. Please verify before you follow any advice!

You are right. Until the H-1B holder's wife becomes a citizen, only I-130 (and G-325) can be filed.

Thanks for the replies. I did read the stickies but they got lil bit confusing as it said that its for parents..

Spouse got GC 3.5 years back. She got GC based on her parents who got their GC based on employment GC. We just got married last year.
