Form N-652 with A decision cannot yet be made

However, have they agreed that you have proven that you did not break residency? You said you proved which implies they bought your story / evidence. That's not what I read from the other thread. Such inconsistencies are what usually kill a case.
 
I did prove my residence, but it was like the IO had to find something in my file so they wouln't aprove me in that day, the IO was looking my folder since my very first application... the lease that they asked me was from 4 years ago, how come didn't they ask me back then? but that's ok, I already got all the documents ready for them again..., but now they have more 120 days to take a decision right?
 
One more thing Bob, once the time has passed the priority date of the N-400 application (what is 5 months for Houston) then I can file the e-request right?, what one is faster? infopass? e-request?, so confusing...
