Hi,
I am new to this forum.
I have a question regarding application for citizenship and I don't know which form to use N-600 or N-400. My mom became US citizen by naturalization when I was 14 years old in 2000 ( born 1986). Now I live with her in the United States, but my first entry (and acquiring Green card was at age 20, 2006) do I qualify for N-600 or should I go with N-400. Thank you

To derive citizenship under the Child Citizenship Act you must have a green card and be living with your US citizen parent in the US before age 18. So you don't qualify for N-600, you will need to file N-400 to obtain citizenship.
