Form I131 Rejected

I called USCIS today because its been over 30days without receiving my biometrics letter, apparently I was transfered to the IO, who also gave me my receipt number for the travel document I applied 2 weeks, I just checked online but the status says it was reject and I have to file with filling fees, but I did enclosed my receipt for pending I485, I thought you don't have to pay if your I485 is still pending???
 
it happen to me but they ask me Fee for I 131 RTD but they did not Rejected me Then I Sent back With fee so after two week i got Biometric code 3 ............... Thats MY Experience....
 
They are sending the package back, so I have to pay like you did, so if your case is pending you still have to pay??
 
If I got you right you send your I 131 after it was approved, did you send your receipt notice with the package,
 
Yes i send APPROVED 1485 NOA and Expire 2004 RTD copy and temp Green Card copy (Which i got from Info-pass) ,,,,,then i got same package back they ask me to send 385 dolor ... so i sent back with check then i got ND 10/29/09 and e mail,,,,,

you are correct if your i-485 is still pending RTD is free.

did you enclose a summary page of the benefit you were seeking and other details?
