Plse, how long will it take for my parents to their papers to be processed after i fill for them as a us citizen. can they be refused a visa bc i dont make enough money to support them while they are here.

I have seen some people get food stamp and free medical after they bring parents here.. is this legal ? I thought you cannot do because you sponsor so you are resposible for them ?
