Hope this will be helpful:

wait for Welcome Notice (1-4 weeks)
and then for the green card (4-12 weeks)
call USCIS if you dont get WN in a month at: 1-800-375-5283 (press 1>2>3) and give then your A# in your visa stamp.
go to https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do if you received your WN to check status of your case...
