For Interim EAD- 90 days count?

Please tell me which date I have to consider to count 90 days to ge an interim EAD? Is it Receipt Date or Notice date,which one I see in the online? I appreciate you guys help.

RD: July 28, 2004 (EAD, AP, I-130, I-485)
ND: August 3, 2004

Your receipt is the one that USCIS used before issuing you Interim EAD. I have acquire the interim EAD. Officer ask to show her the copy of my AOS receipts.

Luci is right and it's reciept date on Notice that you have recevied after you filed. Don't get your hopes too high. Make sure that you made InfoPass appt, right after you hit the 90 day mark. I got mine right after i hit 90 days and took me hour and half to get one.
