Today I got an email that AP was approved as well. Sadly it might be a moot point again for me as I am hearing that 140 RFE expects me to convert EB2 to EB3 which would make both EAD and AP useless for me

For Concurrent filling of I –140 / I-485...in Feb, March , April, May 2005

Hi All
I have filed my I140,I485 on June 22nd 2005 in EB2 category.
I havent got RFE for I140 and the current processing date in immigration.com shows Sep 1st for EB2 category.
When I call up my attorney, he asked me to wait till Dec end and then we can enquire.
I see in the other threads that for people who have filed in sep end, the I140 have been approved.
Should I call up the Nebraska service centre and enquire about it??How do I enquire?
Also the case status doesnt show anything about I140.It just shows the last updated date for I485.
