I believe you got it by now. If 12 th Oct is your receipt date, my calculation tells me that you will get it this week.

Hi Shankar,
My ND on FOIA req is 10/14/04. And the number is ESC20040072**.

Actually I have send the request to local office and then it was forwarded to Vermont. so I lost like 20 days in this process. so I see the date ast 10/14 at Vermont.

I did not get anything yet, i do not know to mark request a simple task. Just waiting.
Hoping for wonders to happen to me also, like other. Hope Santa will give something for us too.

As an FYI,
If you send a mail to Vermont ( certified off course) requesting for status update will they respond?

Hey buddy,
I got my Christmas gift, I got the magic mail today that my 140 is approved, so I am not much worried about FOIA now, what ever it is there, my 140 is approved.

Hi Friends,
I checked my post today evening and I got the FOIA. I got like 99 pages of all the documents in 750A and B. I wanted to get this because i wanted to know my case better since my lawyer was not telling me anything about my case and mine is labor sub EB2 case.

Today my 140 also got approved.
Thanks for all your support and wish you all the best.

One more think,
I send FOIA by ordinary post, without any notory certification. Lots of people are thinking we should do notory. but i did not do that. I do not see that it is needed.
