First time applying TN visa for Canadian

Hi Admins,
I am going to apply my first TN visa at peach arch land border tomorrow. Actual travel date is only on Tuesday, next week from Vancouver airport.

My company head office in Vancouver and branch is Houston. Now I will go and help under my Houston office job for about 1 month and back to canada.

My questions
1) I am wondering, me and my family apply TN and TD visa at the Peach Arch (Blaine) border first before I go to US. Then we will return back to canada from the border. Can my wife and daughter apply with me together? In my company sponsor letter said that I SKM only stay in US for 1 month and I will be back to canada. Is that ok? Or I should only apply by myself?

2) After I got TN with company A, can I find new job with company B And renew TN under company B?

3) If my family is not going to apply TN with me tomorrow, can they apply later days?

4) As I am senior electrical engineer (professional engineer in Texas), that senior electrical engineer fall under TN category? On my job offer letter, my employer mentioned about full engineering job description.

5) Once I enter and work in US for 1 month, my pay is stay under canada office. In this case, should I apply SSN in states?

6) Tomorrow (18-March-2022) when I go and apply TN at peach arch land border, should I do covid negative test? After I apply TN, I will U turn to canada within 24 hours.

7) I apply TN first tomorrow then I will only travel on Tuesday, next week. Is that ok?

8) As I am Canadian citizen, I will bring master degree, bachelor degree, WES US equivalency, professional engineer from Texas, recent pay slips, Canadian passport, support letter from US office. Am I miss anything? Should I bring return flight tickets or no need?

9) Should I submit ArriveCAN today? As I will U turn back to canada after I apply TN.

Thank you and wait for your soonest reply.

#2a. There is not really a "renew" for TNs. You simply apply for a new TN whenever you want to work for a new company, or if your old TN is expiring soon and you want to start a new term of work with your old employer.

#2b. If you want to work for company "A" and company "B" simultaneously, then tell the officer than when you apply for your 2nd TN under "B"
