I have sent filled forms and photos by express mail.
How can I get confirmation from KCC that everything is ok for first my NL?
Should I mail or call them? and will the reply for such kind of inquiry?

Hi Galim. Congratulations! I also got the NL this year and I sent KCC an email asking whether they received my forms. I had to wait a few days for the answer but they did reply and confirmed that they got my stuff. They were really nice and also mentioned when I should start checking the bulletin, etc. So if I were you, I'd send them an email. Btw: Don't forget to mention your name, case number AND birth date in your email!

You dont need to call them or send them e-mail to ask whether they received the forms. If you mailed the forms to KCC by DHL, FEDEX or similiar way, then you must have a receipt and tracking number. Just check your tracking number on the relevant site and save the page.

BTW, on the instructions you are told not to call KCC after sending the forms back and wait for further processing and interview.

You should wait untill your case number will be current. Aprox. 2 months before the interview you will receive 2nd package by which you will be notified about interview date and the documents needed to bring to interview, medical reports etc.

Somewhere in the documentation received they inform you not to call them, so I would just sit tight and wait for your Interview notification. Dont worry too much if you dont hear from them for upto 6months, thats how long it took us to hear back from them last year. We also only had 1 month before our interview from the date we received the notification. Be sure that all the documentation you can get together you do get it together and is in order. Cross-check your passport now that you have more than 6months validity remaining, say if your interview was in 5-6months from now. Those are one of the things that you might ignore and they catch you out.

when your number becomes current, send KCC an email, they will send you your interview date. Do not rely on regular post to deliver your second packet. Sometimes it gets lost.

I will suggest to Galim and others that they shoul call/e-mail KCC or the Embassy anytime there is any issue bothering you. They have given you their phone numbers and e-mail.
I come from a third world country where the regular mail service is notoriously bad. One guy mailed his forms to KCC in 2006 and it was only in Jan.2007 after calling KCC that he discovered that KCC never received the forms
We also have guys who did not get their 2nd package/ interview letters until the interview date had passed Lost in the mail?
So when in doubt, please call - those KCC folks also appear to be quite friendly and helpful.
