Hi all,
I would appreciate any advice on my situation.
I have changed to H1B from B1 3 years, still on H1B and been
here in status all the time. The only thing is that I got rejected H1b stamping in Canada 2 years ago, but was able to return without visa stamp, INS officer at the border did not seem to care about it at the time, since I had valid H1b status and approval notice with me.
Now I want to go to my home country and try to have visa stamped, do you guys think it could be be problematic?
I also started gc with the company, not sure how consulate
back home will like that...
Thanks, any advice is greatly appreciated!
Ann
P.S. I'm a software engineer if it helps to know.
