First 2004 (I-485) Approval

USCIS is nonsense!!

That is the only word that comes to my mind. :confused: :( :eek: :mad:

and see what happens after dates retrogress!!!!!

Not to discourage anyone but there have been a few other 2004 approvals going back even a few months, and until we start to see a lot more, it's probably safe to assume that these are isolated incidents...

BTW, the guy who got approval (RaviMittal) didn't post this msg, if you want to congratulate him, you probably need to do in the 2004 tracker thread, unless he reads this thread.

My I-485 ND is 27 Feb 2004 (close to Ravi Mittal) and my FP date is 18 Nov 2004 (day after tomorrow).
My priority date is May 1998.
Does that mean I will be approved soon?
Because what I think is USCIS may want to clear all previous priority dates befor ethe cutoff date before Jan 2005 before the regression of dates

Don't get excited. Every one does not win a lottery. In a lottery system, One person wins and thousand people lose. Same is the case with USCIS.

u can see the fastest approval of 2004.....in 16 days..can't believe it.
