No FP - VSC

140 and 485 filed concurrently - RD 8/21/03 (ND 8/26/03). No sign of the FP - getting ready to file extensions for EAD and AP.
 
1st FP Received

I received my First FP Notice yesterday scheduled for 08/26. I had applied for my 2nd EAD on 07/22 and got approved for the same on 08/05. The notice date on FP notice is 08/12.Probably that triggered it or the fact that my wife already got her first FP notice last month (in response to a Medical RFE for her). But my I-1485 LUD has never been updated since it was received !!!

After reading your note, I realised that my case is mirror image of yours.

My EAD extension is applied on 07/20 and approved on 08/06.
My LUD for 485 changed on 08/09.

I am expecting RFE on wifes case for medical reasons.

I hope we get FP notice today or tomorrow.

I know a lot of folks did their first FP during the last week or so. Did anyone's status change ? My updated date changed along with the status and it currently looks like this. Is this how it normally appears after the FP ?

LUD changed twice after 1stFP.....

My LUD changed twice.... last friday got the following message also got email from USCIS.

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
Current Status:
On August 13, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

And yesterday LUD got changed again with the following message but did not received any email from USCIS.

FP question - plz help

My husband filed I140 few months back & i just got my FP notice. He has not recieved his yet.
The thing is , The FP is to be done somewhere near Detroit by 1st Sept & I am in connecticut. Could anyone be kind enough to tell me , if it is nesseccasry to go to Detroit or could i change it to somewhere closer to CT?
What is the process for that?

Experience:
Appointment time was 9:00 a.m. Got in around 8:20 a.m., filled up the form and was all done by 8:35 a.m.

FP1 for DEC05 2003 RD

Today I received the FP1 instruction, not sure what triggered this process..I called BCIS and updated the address about 10 days back.. check my signature for more details. Is it possible to go for an early FP to charlotte office.

Today I received the FP1 instruction, husband(primary applicant) is waiting....his I-485 notice date is Dec 2 2003..

I also filed my I-485 rd Jul 16 2003 with him as derivative...No fingerprint notices recd.

Did your LUD change atleast once before you got the FP notice? I filed in September 2003, and my LUD never changed since. :mad:

I think some of these events might have trigger my FP notice.

Hi Manik

Filed I485 in oct 2003. LUD changed after address change exactly one month afterwards. But still now no FP.

Dont know whether any one from OCT 03 received FP

USA_GC, I sure will.

HaveMercy, a colleague of mine here at work is PD Aug 03 and he got FP notice a few months back. We are in the same job, same office, same category, same just about everything, just one month apart in filing 485. Why am I light years behind when it gets to FP??? USCIS is goofy!
