Finally recvd. the FP notice.

140/485 ND 07/08.
140 approved on 04/09/04.
FP notice recvd. today and is scheduled for 08/21.

Will get there, someday..

But the online msg. is still the same:

"Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on July 8, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."
 
Anybody has the idea when VSC will start to send out FP notices? If people who still haven't received 1FP yet, dose that mean their I-485 approval date will be delayed since BSCIS always cannot approve cases soon after 1FP?

just got my 1fp notice today, scheduled on 8/24 at hartford application support center....

my i485 nd is 8/25/2003
 
At last recvd 1st FP notice(VSC)

Got my 1fp notice on 08/06/2004, scheduled on 09/07 at application support center.... did it on 08/07/2004.

The online msg. is still the same:

Yes, nyte_crawler we just walked in their last saturday @8:15 am, and we were done by @8:30am. Only thing they asked was the photo ID. They did not asked about the EAD also :rolleyes:
 
VSC Fingerprinting resumed

Two of my friends with dates 07/06 , 07/06/2003 have received finger printing notices on 08/07/2004. Status got updated today !

I-140 AD 6/19/03
I-485 RD 2/30/03; ND 3/18/03. No FP yet.
I am the dependent. The I-485 of my spouse and my kid have been approved, the AD is 7/23/04. We filed the cases together. Is that nomal? Does anyone have or know someone has the same experience?
 
How much time after FP?

Any input is appreciated.
Here is what I had been hearing:
BCIS issued early FP notices for 2002 and early 2003 cases but because the FP's expire after 15 months, they decided to send the FP'd only when they are ready to process the result of 485 in next 3 - 6 months.

How far is this true? Should I be getting excited with July 2003 ND and FP scheduled for 08/21?

ND is 8/23/03 , concurrent filing, EB2
I-140 approved 8/04( approved after an RFE)

still waiting for FP. did anyone from august get FP yet?
