CSC - EB3

I-485 RD = 08/09/2004

No words about FP notices.

AP/EAD - Approved
FP notice RD - Sep 22
FP Schedule date Sep 30 - Done
 
my case is non-concurrent Eb2. I did mention my case is wth CSC ( California service center)

I see folks with concurrent filing are getting a response for FP in a months time...but not for non-concurrent

Sorry, I didn't notice that.

I observed one more thing. EB2 guys are getting FP within a month or two. Whereas for EB3 guys, it takes more than a year.

That's not true.

My case : EB2, Non-concurrent.
RD : Aug 27th, 2004
ND : Sept 3rd 2004.

I got my finger print notice within 3 weeks.

you are very lucky. you got your FP notice in a very short time. this one gives me little hope that I would also receive it soon.

Anybody has an idea whether FP notice would be delayed because I live outside CA (in Wash. DC Metro area)?

Pig, Where do you live? In CA or outside CA?

Thanks, Apollo 13! yes, I think that I am very lucky this time. However, if you take a look of my immigration process history, you will find out that I was not that lucky at all but with lots of "Appealing" experience!!

I live in CA, but it is hard to say what the reason is for the delay of FP notice. To deal with Immigration Services, all we can do is keeping faith!! Good Luck for everyone!!

When was your I-140 approved?

Did your online status change for FP notice? Or you just received the notice by snail mail?
 
My 140 was approved at the end of August. I received FP notice by snail mail, the status is not changed for FP notice.
