Fingerprint apt. at Elizabeth, NJ on a expected snow day (02/25)

I have fingerprint appointment at the Elizabeth, NJ office on Thu, 02/25 and it is expected to snow on that day. Can I go tomorrow (Wed, 02/24) for the fingerprint? Notice says that if you miss the apt. then you can come on any Wednesday however I do not want to delay it for a week. Any suggestion?
 
You can definetly tr ang go a day early. They should be able to accomodate you considering the circumstances.
