Finger Printing Question

Our Finger Printing was done in August 2007 and I believe the finger prints expires after one year.
I have not received any Finger Printing notice so far. Should I take Info-Pass or call USCIS Customer Service?

No, do not do anything, If you get notice follow it, otherwise you do not have to do much.

It expires in 15 months, not one year. But they generally don't ask people to redo them every 15 months anymore. What they have been doing is that they either refresh the prints right before they age out of the system, so they will be "alive" again for another 15 months ... or they wait until your PD is current and then they call you in to redo the prints.

Are those dates correct? Your I-485 was filed more than 5 years ago in 2003, and you're still waiting for approval? And you're only on your 2nd EAD?

Is that EB3 ROW or Philippines? If not, your PD is not current, so you should not expect another fingerprinting until it becomes current (although they can schedule a fingerprinting at any time if they feel like it).
